This document covers the setup and onboarding of the Job-Box Solution
You are required to download the Job-Box Mobile Application to your smartphone.

▪ When a user Registers on the Job-Box Solution website, the user consents to receiving communications from the Smart-View Technology team electronically and agrees that all notices, disclosures and other communications sent by the Job-Box Solution satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited to, the requirement that such communications are considered to be in writing with the same legal stature as a written document.
▪ The user undertakes to ensure that the username and password are neither easily accessible nor disclosed to any unauthorized person. Storing the username and password on a computer or network will be regarded as negligence.
▪ The user registers an account using a valid email address and setting a password.
How to register a Job-Box Mobile account with Email & Password?
1. Open the Job-Box Mobile App, you will be directed to the Sign in screen
2. Click the Sign Up button and navigate to the registration page.
3. Enter all the required information, then click the Continue button.
Please Note. User will receive a verification email to verify that the email address is a valid email and thus activate the account.
4. Enter the verification code sent to the email then click the Submit button.
▪ The user registers an account by
authenticating with their facebook account and granting the Job-Box Solution
Permission to Access the user profile. A password is generated and emailed to
the user's facebook profile's email address.
The password is reset upon the intial login.
How to register a Job-Box Mobile account with Facebook?
1. Open the Job-Box Mobile App, you will be directed to the Sign in screen
2. Click the Sign In With Facebook button
3. Login in with your Facebook Account
Please Note. User will receive a registration confirmation email to with the user's generated password.
▪ The user registers an account by
authenticating with their google gmail account and granting the Job-Box Solution
Permission to Access the user profile. A password is generated and emailed to
the user's google profile's email address.
The password is reset upon the intial login.
How to register a Job-Box Mobile account with Google?
1. Open the Job-Box Mobile App, you will be directed to the Sign in screen
2. Click the Sign In With Google button
3. Choose the Google Account to signup with
