Setup your Job-Box Solution Account from the get go.
Please Note. The Onboarding process is a manditory process upon the intial login to the platform.
The onboarding procedure is different for each account type.
The account types are as follows:
Contractor - Registered User,
Client,
Vendor,
Personnel &
Branch
How do I as a onboard as a Contractor?
1. Visit the Job-Box Solutions website (https://job-box.smartviewtechnology.co.za).
2. Click the Login button and navigate to the login page.
3. Login with either of the following options:
Email & Password,
Facebook or
Google
Upon login, user will be redirected to the onboarding page
4. Complete the Company Profile form, then click the Next button.
5. Select your industries (these are the fields of specialty that will be services provided to your clients), then click the Next button.
6. Create your client profile, click the Done button to move to the next step or the Add New Client button to create a another profile.
7. Create your vendor profile, click the Done button to complete onboarding or the Add New Vendor button to create a another profile.
How do I as a onboard as a Client?
Please Note For a user account registered as a client, there is no onboarding procedure to complete
How do I as a onboard as a Vendor?
