How do I get support?

Please Note From the Support Portal the user can accomplish the following:

  • Log Technical Support Tickets
  • Log Licensing and Billing Questions
  • Log Other Quiestions
  • Report Bugs
  • Suggest New Features
  • Suggest Improvements

1. From the Topbar, click the user icon button.

2. From the dropdown options click the Need Help? button.

3. From the listed options pick what you want to report.
