This document covers the setup and onboarding of the Job-Box Solution
Terms of Use
▪ When a user Registers on the Job-Box Solution website, the user consents to receiving communications from the Smart-View Technology team electronically and agrees that all notices, disclosures and other communications sent by the Job-Box Solution satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited to, the requirement that such communications are considered to be in writing with the same legal stature as a written document.
▪ The user undertakes to ensure that the username and password are neither easily accessible nor disclosed to any unauthorized person. Storing the username and password on a computer or network will be regarded as negligence.
▪ The user registers an account using a valid email address and setting a password.
How to register a Job-Box account with Email & Password?
1. Visit the Job-Box Solutions website (https://job-box.smartviewtechnology.co.za).
2. Click the Signup button and navigate to the registration page.
3. Enter all the required information, then click the Create New Account button.
Please Note. User will receive a verification email to verify that the email address is a valid email and thus activate the account.
▪ The user registers an account by
authenticating with their facebook account and granting the Job-Box Solution
Permission to Access the user profile. A password is generated and emailed to
the user's facebook profile's email address.
The password is reset upon the intial login.
How to register a Job-Box account with Facebook?
1. Visit the Job-Box Solutions website (https://job-box.smartviewtechnology.co.za).
2. Click the Signup button and navigate to the registration page.
3. Click the Register With Facebook button
4. Login in with your Facebook Account
Please Note. User will receive a registration confirmation email to with the user's generated password.
▪ The user registers an account by
authenticating with their google gmail account and granting the Job-Box Solution
Permission to Access the user profile. A password is generated and emailed to
the user's google profile's email address.
The password is reset upon the intial login.
How to register a Job-Box account with Google?
1. Visit the Job-Box Solutions website (https://job-box.smartviewtechnology.co.za).
2. Click the Signup button and navigate to the registration page.
3. Click the Register With Google button
4. Choose the Google Account to signup with
